Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate receiving records for all materials and components related to window and door manufacturing.
· Schedule delivery appointments with carriers using our shared calendar in Outlook, allocating proper time for unloading based on type of delivery.
· Check in drivers and assign them to appropriate dock doors.
· Verify delivery paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly.
· Notify the Supply Specialist of any OS&Ds (over, short, and damaged material) via email prior to releasing the driver
· Complete the receiving process in Fenevision within 1 hour after unloading.
· Ensure all parcel deliveries are put away in the racking system or delivered to employee locations by end of each day.
· Conduct regular inventory audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
· Follow established inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize inventory accuracy, minimize waste, and improve overall efficiency.
· Maintain a safe and organized area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing proper material handling procedures.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience within a manufacturing or warehousing setting; experience in inventory management and procurement is preferred.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software applications. Will be expected to develop proficiency in Avanti software (i.e. FeneVision, etc.) and be/become familiar with Apple iOS.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required as well as good public relations, public speaking, and customer service skills. Ability to read, interpret, understand, and explain documents such as processes, product specifications or warranty manuals. Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, coworkers, and managers. Must display excellent phone and email etiquette. Must be able to present appropriate attitude for the situation when interacting with customers or coworkers.

Must be a team player and exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self-growth. Must be pro-active, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion. Attention to detail is required. Mathematical Skills:
Ability to subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform calculations using units of money, time, measurement, etc. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, length, width, height, and depth. Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra, geometry, and general business math.
