Role Overview

End-to-end Materials Coordination: Manage all activities related to materials for the project. Interface with Procurement: Act as the liaison between the business unit and procurement. Collaboration with Various Departments: Interact with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers, and maintenance on a daily basis. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support and effective communication. Materials Fulfillment: Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of materials and services for site maintenance activities. Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for material master creation to reduce free texting for recurring material orders. Equipment Spare Parts Management: Assist in managing equipment spare parts lists. Risk Assessments and Hazard Observations: Participate in or lead risk assessments and hazard observations. Vendor Support: Verify that site requirements for non-core services vendors are addressed before their arrival.

Skills & Qualifications

Material Coordination Experience: Previous experience in a closely related position is required. Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. SAP Material Catalog Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search tools is essential. Plant Materials Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plant is required. Time Management Skills: Advanced time management skills are necessary for this role. Problem Solving Abilities: Excellent problem solving skills are essential for success in this role. Communication Skills: Advanced written and oral communication skills are required. Influencing Skills: Ability to influence with and without authority is important for this role. Organization Skills: Strong organization skills are necessary, including understanding of inventory transactions and inventory accounting background.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this role. Experience: Previous experience in a closely related position is required.
