Purpose of the Job:

Assist the lab team with beverage warranty testing Assist the lab team with other testing as needed Participate in exploratory R&D

 
Responsibilities and Duties: 

Set up and tear down of e-chem cells  Organize and enter liquids into the testing queue Bulk properties testing (pH, chloride, dissolved oxygen) Database entry and maintenance Other lab testing as appropriate Electrochemical R&D for beverage screening Acoustic emission R&D for lubricant screening

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors’ degree from a 4-year accredited university  3.0 GPA- highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail Experience conducting research Self-starter Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills Ability to work independently  Ability to follow policies and procedures

The starting hourly base rate for this role is $21.00 and goes up to $24.00 dependent on years of service within the company. The company also offer a Success Share Bonus that is dependent upon meeting metrics and targets. Please note that the range for the rate provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois. The final rate will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.
