Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler to perform hand kitting and assembly operations in our Arden Hills, MN facility.

Shift Available: 2pm – 10pm; Monday – Friday

​ Your Responsibilities: 

Unload/Stage incoming and outgoing shipments with various MH equipmentPrepare/breakdown inbound shipment for accuracy validationPut away of product into correct locations via MH equipmentPull orders accurately via paper/electronic orders via MH equipment.Operate forklift and/or related material moving equipment to designated areas.Perform general warehouse housekeeping including sweeping, mopping, emptying trashFollow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performance of job duties 

You must have:

Follow all processes, regulations, safety procedures in the performance of job duties.Comply with Company Policies.Perform tasks to meet deadlinesGood verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Basic PC skills to include email, Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory programsBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages and decimals.Knowledge of or ability to learn computerized shipping system and data entry.Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.Ability to work independently to complete tasks

Requirements within this position:  

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand. 

Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.  

Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.  

Frequently required to move inside the facility. 

Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). 

We would also prefer:

Experience in a fast-paced environment.Prior warehouse environment experience.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18-20. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
