Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Uses forklift to deliver raw or in-process material to operations, removes the finished material from the process to storage or to the next processMoves scrap to the holding area for recycling and waste containers to the appropriate waste storageLoads or unloads shipmentsReads in process tickets, finished goods tickets, and scrap ticketsMaintains logs, labels, etc. to ensure that materials are properly routed and that each process receives the correct material for the assigned produceFollows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rulesConducts daily safety checks throughout the shift while using proper PPE

Qualifications:

Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferredProficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computerAble to Bend, Push & Pull 75 lbs, and Reach frequentlyAble to lift or carry up to 40 lbsAble to stand or walk for multiple hours consecutivelyAble to drive powered industrial vehicles or willing to learn to drive powered industrial vehicles
