Materials Handler
**Job Title: Materials Handler Weekly Pay $19.50-$21** Weekly Pay $19.50-$21/hr **Job Description** Material Handlers will work in a climate-controlled and clean environment, in and around the cleanroom. The shift is from 8am-5pm, with required overtime as needed. **Responsibilities** + Remove shipped materials from delivery vehicles + Examine receiving documents for storage destination + Pull stored materials for orders and move to production or shipping area + Document information relating to receipt, storage, or distribution of materials + Use computer systems to locate inventory + Work with direct supervision **Essential Skills** + 1-2+ years of experience with shipping and receiving supporting manufacturing + 1-2+ years of experience setting up shipments via computer system + Familiarity with Purchase Orders and Sales Orders + Basic computer skills or ERP system experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-4 years working within a warehouse or production facility as a material handler doing inventory, stocking, kitting + Experience setting up shipments for FedEx and UPS + Experience with Oracle is a plus but not required; training is provided **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a great culture with fun people and great hours. The workplace is air-conditioned for comfort. **Work Environment** You will be working within a warehouse with a team of 5 people in the Material Handling group. The environment is air-conditioned, and the dress code is casual. However, you will occasionally need to dress for the air lock room, which includes gloves, shoe covers, and hair nets. There are two current openings: one for the 1st shift from 8am-4:30pm/5pm with required overtime as necessary, and one for the 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11pm with required overtime as necessary. Some Saturdays and additional overtime (perhaps 5-10 hours) may be required, but most of it is voluntary. However, you need to be open to at least some. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.45 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
