**Job Title: Materials Handler Weekly Pay**
**Must have data entry experience such as SAP, ERP systems or a strong understanding.**
**Job Description**
The Material Handler accurately and safely distributes material internally and externally to the facility in an efficient and expeditious manner. The job is responsible for stocking, inventory management, and handling of all manufacturing materials. The job requires accurate counting and kitting of materials, as well as the ability to follow written and verbal directions and communicate effectively with team members both orally and in writing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Accurately handle transactions and physical movement of material in and out of the stockroom.
+ Manage accurate inventory levels.
+ Maintain cycle counts and a clean warehouse.
+ Accurately kit all work orders.
+ Assist in all WIP (Work In Progress) movement and transactions.
+ Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging as needed.
+ Drive company truck and/or forklift as required.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in a warehouse environment, supporting manufacturing is a plus.
+ At least 1 year of experience in material distribution.
+ Proficient computer skills with the ability to enter parts information into ERP/MRP systems.
+ Engaged and positive attitude, willing to learn.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
+ Experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
+ Good job tenure.

**Work Environment**
The warehouse is well lit, clean, and air-conditioned. The role requires the ability to exert up to 45 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The position also involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and bending are required intermittently during work hours. The job is subject to frequent interruptions and requires visual acuity for tasks. Environmental exposure includes noise levels, both inside and outside conditions, exposure to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, chemicals, and debris. Personal protective equipment must be worn as required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manor, Texas and North Austin, Texas
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
