**Hours:** 1 _st_ shift (7:30am – 4pm) Monday – Friday | 2 _nd_ shift (12:00pm – 8:30pm) Monday – Friday
**Work Structure:** 100% onsite
**Main Duties or Job Description:**
· Accept deliveries of incoming materials and supplies and verify the accuracy of shipment contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
· Unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
· Processing/receiving raw materials, outsourced materials, and customer furnished inventory.
· Organize and store materials in designated locations while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels. You will also conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
· Pick and prepare materials for production or shipping and distribute materials to various departments as needed, while ensuring those materials are handled safely and according to company guidelines.
· Complete and maintain accurate logs, records, and reports.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about material status and any issues.
· Assist in other warehouse activities as needed and collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
· Use warehousing system tools to research/receive/update inventory.
· Help maintain, organize, and clean the warehouse and receiving areas
· Empty and replenish recycle bins throughout manufacturing
**Job Qualifications:**
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Certifications in forklift operation or other material handling equipment (preferred).
· The ability to operate various types of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
· Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement.
· Attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management.
· Good communication skills for coordinating with other team members and departments.
· Basic computer skills for using inventory management software and systems.
· The ability to lift 35lbs on a regular basis and occasionally lift and/or move 50lbs.
· The ability to stand and walk up to 80% of the time and move throughout all departments within the company.
· The ability to be around loud machinery for up to 12 hours/day and be confined in a small area.
· The ability to operate all types of printing machines, phones and computers.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
