Great matching candidates will have some exposure to quality engineering. You will be conducting activities that support destructive microscopy/metallography imaging of GE9X hardware.

Job Responsibilities:
*Keyence measurement and imaging of hardware
*Photography of hardware for post-characterization review
*FPI of fielded engine hardware
*Compilation of characterization data into database
*Coordinate with engineers to receive technical guidance and to discuss data outcomes

Core Qualifications:
*One or more years of experience in a materials lab setting.
*Prior use of lab equipment such as a Keyence microscope, metallographic cut-off machines and measuring equipment such as calipers and a scales.
*Computer savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
*Can work independently given initial direction and achieve set objectives by target milestones
*Takes initiative, demonstrates creativity.
*Due to the nature of this work, US Citizenship required
