Manage the profitability for program from customer acquisition, launch, mass production to EOP Responsible for certain project assigned and manage the entire production material Alain the sourcing strategy and execute in the project base  Prepare the operation strategy review data to foresee the plant grow in certain product/part to  Strength the strategy discussion with commodity purchasing colleagues Achieve annual KPI’s for cost reduction, approved payment terms, strategic supplier content, supplier consolidation and other annual KPI’s as assigned by management. Initiate the VAVE topics and support to get approve for certain VAVE topics and execution. Project launch phase production material supplier strategy align with commodity and order the  Samples for different project phase needs. Work with cross function team to prepare the make and buy case evaluation and drive the best solution for company, plant Support localization actives to drive the location ratio grow with launch project or VAVE switch window for current existing product portfolio and new technology portfolio Support the supplier workshop to drive the cost improvement with certain technical improvement and process improvement.

Your Profile as Material Management Employee

Bachelor’s degree, automotive/industry manufacturer background 5 years+. Commercial related work experience required purchasing/sales role for 3 years or above Knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP applications Knowledge the basic engineer expertise on drawing to identify the manufacture process and material to define the commodity cluster/sub commodity Experience and ability to function in a cross-functional team environment Good written and oral in English, communication, organizational and detail-orientated skills Broad knowledge of principles and techniques of purchasing Ability to work on complex problems and use independent judgment
