Description

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Logistics, you will support various areas in Materials Management including Laundry & Linen and the Uniform Distribution Center by managing supply; and analytic, quality, and administrative functions. You will also supervise a team of employees to ensure they are performing at excellence and meeting objectives. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Train current and new employees, monitor staff compliance, counsel team members, and evaluate employees’ overall performance  Maintain inventory, storage, tracking, distribution, and mending of products Gather data and research of new and current products Monitor, review, and control expenditures; responsible for reporting and billing Coordinate with Procurement and collect, enter, analyze data  Provide support to Managers on their ongoing efforts of financial viability, performance improvements, and system changes; may be required to assist in special projects as needed  Coordinate communication, transportation, and deliveries with internal and external departments Process UCLA Health employees’ uniform requests
This position will be cross trained in multiple areas and may work in various UCLA Health sites as needed. 
Salary Range: $68,800-$141,000 Annually
