Materials Management Supervisor - Indianapolis, IN - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Responsible for the operations of the purchasing function for the BU in accordance with Materials and Services Management Policies and Procedures.
Pay Range: $59,000+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Manage staff including all aspects of the Human Resources requirements, training and competency for Materials Management. Oversight of Warehouse, Purchasing and Receiving. Comply with all policies and regulations related to Materials Management. Liaison with all functional groups utilizing Materials Management services Manage the quality of all requests for material, including instrumentation Resolve invoices. Manage monthly Stock Clerk closing Manage inventory and utilization with a focus on reducing cost per requisition including providing tools and reports to functional groups. Manage new item and vendor requests. Manage the order, receiving and distribution timelines Maintain all existing databases Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
3-5 years previous experience in purchasing, warehouse or supply operations

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent
