Able to operate inventory system via PC workstationAble to operate pallet jack safelyBreakdown shipments and properly record receiving entries in Purchase Order systemCommunicate with corporate buyers regarding stockout issues and other inventory/receipt shortagesDaily generating of omnicell picklists, pulling and delivery of items for restocking. Perform scheduled cycle counts of all omnicells.Daily order pulling and delivery of all picklists issued from the Purchasing Office and from on-line requisitions.Deliver special orders to the departments (Fed-Ex, UPS, Print Shop)File receiving documentation weeklyMaintain cleanliness and organization of receiving areaMaintain storeroom organization and cleanlinessPerforms routine inventory counts to ensure accuracy of inventory on hand.Researches and adjusts discrepancies as needed.Proper follow-up of equipment requests.
