**Job Description** This selected candidate will act as the Material Acquisition Support (MAS) Lead, supporting Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) in St. Inigoes, MD. Will plan, schedule, and manage the procurement of material and equipment for numerous projects and will work with project managers and customers to develop material scheduling requirements, based on production schedules. Will also lead the Material Acquisition Support (MAS) team, delegate the workload, monitor efforts, attend project meetings, and respond to customer requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Review material lists, and plan procurement efforts. - Work with project managers to prioritize the workload. - Review procurement status reports and purchase card expense reports. - Attend project meetings, and provide procurement status to stakeholders. - Review supplier quality and on-time delivery metrics. - Monitor workload, procurement through receipt and delivery, are processed accurately and rapidly. This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
