MATERIALS PLANNING ANALYST III
At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle. They determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis. The Team develops specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labor requirements. They provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews with the strategic sourcing team. They also monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value. What your background should look like:

Respnsabilities
Develop and provide short-term production plans as required to maintain the level of service established for our customers."                    
Generates and tracks production orders aligned with the master plan optimizing based on production priorities and capabilities.                    
Provide visibility of inventory as well as service issues and capacity constraints.                    
Analyze and propose levels of safety stock to maintain service levels according to historical demand.                     
Maintain a constant analysis of the backlog at least for 6 weeks to prevent material problems."                    
Work aligned with production supervisor for problem solving.                     
Ensures the flow work shop orders through manufacturing process and logistics process.                    
Acts as production control for asigned areas                    
Assures the compliance of the production schedule.                    
Maintains daily/weekly/monthly finished goods master schedule for all finished goods product lines (GPLs) assigned to them.                    
As part of the monthly CRP (Capacity Requirements Planning) meeting, the MS will for their product lines provide the required forecasted hours for future months/quarters and lead the discussion on same.  This will be accomplished by utilizing the current process and site level charts and graphs.            
Adopt and promote the preventive measures and Health and Safety procedures established by the Company to avoid accidents or illnesses.            Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs.                    
Perform any other activity required by your Supervisor or Manager.                    
Perform invoice analysis (MDR) and resolve pending payments on time to avoid aging.        "                    
                    
Requirements
Education: PROFESSIONAL
Minimum Experience:5  YEARS IN A SIMILAR PAOSITION
Idiomas / Languages:    INGLES 90% /  ENGLISH 90%
