Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING

We are focused on supporting government property control, material planning, and compliance with industry regulations. Through efficient operations, we aim to ensure seamless repair cycles, accurate reporting, and adherence to both domestic and international trade requirements.

THE WORK

Assist in the control and maintenance of government property in accordance with FAR and DFAR regulations.
Provide detailed reporting on repair constraints and scheduling issues by attending daily, weekly, and monthly status meetings, and communicate concerns to the program management team and customer.
Perform periodic audits and generate reports on inventory and government property maintenance/management as required.
Support the component induction planning team by tracking items throughout the repair cycle—from offload to internal processing—until components are repaired or overhauled to Ready-for-Issue (RFI) condition.
Collaborate with operations to plan materials and develop the monthly build schedule.
Monitor repair turnaround time (RTAT) for components and work with program management and operations to maintain or improve performance.
Communicate daily with internal and external customers to ensure data accuracy and document any processing delays.
Generate and respond to root cause and corrective action requests using ACE tools.
Track import and export components and blades through the repair process, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the on-site International Trade Compliance professional to create and update standard work.
Maintain accurate records for export licenses managed by the site, monitor changes in export regulations, evaluate their business impact, and communicate updates to ensure compliance.
Track and report on proposal information requests concerning material profiles and labor estimating to meet required deliverable dates.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Continuous improvement techniques
Proficient in Microsoft office products
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience creating standard work.
Desired skills are additional skills that are nice to have and help narrow down a qualified candidate pool.
