As a Mature Assets Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:
 

Providing direct technical support to Customer as part of the screening and filtering of opportunities (feasibility studies), as and when required by the regionsBeing familiar with remote operations processes and structureParticipating and/or organization of internal and external workshops to promote Mature Assets Solutions and our capabilitiesCollaborating with MAS regions/Sales Leaders to develop tailored solutions, provide technical support and prepare proposals that clearly convey the value proposition and differentiators of BHExecuting engineering calculations, analysis and design work specific to well interventions, plug & abandonment ensuring technical proposals are compliant with industry standardsDeveloping work program where applicable and costs estimates in conjunction with the commercial team to ensure bids are appropriately pricedSupporting contract mobilization and handover to the service delivery team upon successful tender awardMaintaining a comprehensive knowledge of well intervention and P&A techniques tools/ technologies to provide up-to-date solutions, continuously updating skills and knowledge.

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with proven experience in Customer Application EngineeringHave good oral and written communication skillsHave excellent interpersonal and leadership skillsBe able to analyze and resolve problemsHave experience leading programs / projectsHave the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programsHave proven project management skills
