Maximo Developer in IBM's CIO organization, supporting an enterprise Maximo implementation used to manage facility services and building maintenance across IBM's internal real estate portfolio. The position provides Maximo development, configuration, support, and administration services.
Responsibilities: Develop and deploy Maximo capabilities and solutions in partnership with lead developer, product owners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide technical administration and support for an enterprise instance of IBM Maximo 8 for Facilities Management, including an integrated Maximo Mobile solution used globallyBuild, monitor, and support integrations with Maximo using APIs, scheduled batch jobs, and other approaches & solutionsPerform bulk loading, updating, and administration services for large data sets in Maximo, including assets, job plans, PMs, routes, service requests, and work orders.Develop, manage, and support BIRT reports using Maximo data.Develop, manage, and support automation scripts built with JavaScript & PythonProvide production support for Maximo application issues and incidents. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, logical troubleshooting approaches, and consideration of broader impacts for all development, administration, and support activities. Must exhibit independent and resourceful problem solving approaches when addressing issues with Maximo data, interfaces, workflows, reports, and other application issues.Actively collaborate with subject matter experts, product owners, end users, suppliers, and other stakeholders to understand issues and requirements. Effectively manage activities from initiation to completion, with clear communication & follow-up throughout. Develop project plans using collaborative project management tools, and keep up-to-date. Participate in meetings, take notes, and log actions and owners.Follow Agile practices & approaches, and actively contribute to Agile ceremonies.
