Insight Global is looking for a Maximo-Oracle Data Transfer Lead for an oil and gas client located in Calgary. This person will be joining to support a data transfer project as the client is implementing a new ERP system (Oracle Fusion), and the new system will not be integrated with their EAM System (Maximo) until 2027. This person will be responsible for leading a team of 3 people so must have prior leadership experience. This team lead will manage the schedule of this small team, provide quality control and error correction oversight, provide performance reporting in accordance with the performance Measurement Framework, and proactively escalates issues and concerns. This role will require understanding of three operating disciplines: work management practices within oil and gas operations (pipelines and facilities); supply chain practices associated with procurement and material management; and financial practices with respect to financial coding and reconciliation.
