The Maximo Planner/Coordinator will be competent with the CMMS System Maximo and administrative tasks. This role will be part of the Technical team and need a strong sense of understanding compliance and adherence to a regulated environment.  You will be expected to evaluate and document maintenance, quality and training activities. This person is responsible to partner with the business to offer solutions in how to best support the delivery and deployment against maintenance needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible to support the Osted Technical department, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and business strategy.

Support internal business partners and stakeholders to fulfil Maintenance needs.

Track and report on maintenance activities, create and develop reports in the CMMS Maximo system.

Maintain data entry, training records, and administrative support.

Assist Training Specialist and business partners to deploy and deliver training requests.

Provide expertise within CMMS Maximo, support streamlined and consistent use of the system, while offering and implementing solutions to continuously improve the process.

Provide troubleshooting and level one support to end users and managers in Maximo.

Assist and coordinate communications, scheduling and logistics for internal and external training support.

Assist to implement change and communication in Maximo.

Provide manager support during internal and external audits.

Additional task and project-based work as needed.

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in professional administrative role. Strong preference for experience within a global Medical Device organization or life science.

Demonstrated experience: system data entry, administrative support and completing daily que of workload/intake.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to interact with all levels and disciplines of the Quality organization.

Demonstrated experience analyzing business needs, identifying gaps and root causes, and recommending solutions to achieve desired performance outcomes.

Understands and is motivated by the importance of working directly with every manager/employee within the organization to ensure everyone embraces training and maintenance as part of their responsibility.

Project Management Experience including the ability to organize and manage multiple overlapping priorities and/or projects to completion.

Love to explore new systems, from testing to implementation to make it your own system and be an expert.

Reliability and go to the heart of your work.

Travel Requirements:    

5-10% domestic/international travel.

Working Conditions:
