Summary You will serve as a MAXIMO PROGRAM MANAGER in the Resources and Assessment Division (PW1) of the Public Works Directorate of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time. Responsibilities You will have knowledge in the use of Maximo, CIRCUITS and other programs across PW Divisions and knowledge of Navy policies and procedures You will have the ability to design and conduct comprehensive management studies You will analyze extensive program data/interrelationships, and coordinate the preparation of accurate and reasonable program plans and proposals You will utilize applicable software in order to analyze performance metrics, costs data, field usage, and other applicable trends. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having knowledge in the use of Maximo and related other programs (e.g., Citrix, Cognos, CIRCUITS, eProjects, Tableau) and across NAVFAC Public Works (PW) Divisions and knowledge of Navy policies and procedures; 2) Having the ability to design and conduct comprehensive management studies, analyze extensive program data/interrelationships, and coordinate the preparation of accurate and reasonable program plans and proposals; and 3) Utilizing applicable software in order to analyze performance metrics, costs data, field usage, and other applicable trends.
