Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role with Mondays & Fridays remote, based in Boston, MA or our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA.
You’re eager to learn about new and upcoming forms of marketing, you organize yourself to learn quickly, and you are strong in developing cross functional, collaborative relationships. Taking ownership is big at Ocean Spray and there will be plenty of opportunity to be empowered to do so over your summer internship.
Our Marketing Team is looking for an MBA Brand Marketing Intern for either our Core Foods or Core Juice Business for the Summer of 2025! All internships start in June 2025 and are 10-12 weeks long.
You’ll dive into the world of the Ocean Spray Cranberries and partner alongside the Beverage or Foods Marketing teams. You’ll own your own workstreams - this could entail developing strategy for a new consumer target, exploring size of prize potential and developing an execution plan based on consumer needs, customer requirements and category dynamics. You’ll experience agile marketing while working within a company that operates in a legacy industry. And of course, you’ll sample a lot of food/drinks and have fun!
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed (as of winter 2024/spring 2025) an MBA/Master’s degree Good energy, consumer empathy and open-mindedness, a positive “can-do” mindset Preferred 2-4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage related industries (Brand, Agency, Insights, Sales, Finance, etc.) Self-starter who isn’t afraid to find their own answers Analytical, organized, significant attention to detail, ability to work autonomously Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations in front of Senior Leadership Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointWho We Are:
