MBA Business Leadership Internship

Location: Remote with travel to Roswell approx. once a month
Timing: May – August 2025
 

Business Leadership Internships at Kimberly-Clark Professional present excellent professional development opportunities for MBA candidates seeking a meaningful work experience in Marketing & Brand or Category Management. Full-time assignments span approximately 12 weeks during the summer. Reporting to a Marketing Category Leader in one of Kimberly-Clark Professional’s primary target markets (Towels, Tissue, Wipers or Skincare), the intern will contribute to real business results while gaining experience that will complement his/her MBA studies. The experiences and projects will span across numerous teams that include: channel marketing, e-commerce, customer experience (CX), sales operations and strategy.  Business Leadership interns will be exposed to multiple aspects of the Kimberly-Clark business.

An intern’s primary role will be to assist in the development and commercialization of various products, customer solutions, data analytics and strategy development objectives into commercial markets utilizing industry-leading brands such as KLEENEX®, SCOTT®, WypAll®, and Kimtech™.

Responsibilities may include market trend analysis, new product launch support, competitive analysis and intelligence assessments, public relations management, B2B commercial programs, P&L analysis and sales team capability projects. This is an exciting opportunity to understand B2B markets and help Kimberly-Clark's growth across numerous segments to accelerate growth and unlock new opportunity areas. The Kimberly-Clark Professional marketing team is a Business-to-Business (B2B) operation based in Roswell, GA.

Qualifications

2 years of previous professional work experience, with marketing or sales exposure preferred.

Academic exposure to basic marketing concepts.

Vision and experience in strategic initiatives beyond tactical implementation.

Inspiration to help others understand key issues.

Innovative thinking that challenges the status quo.

Successful experience collaborating across organizational and cultural boundaries.

Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.

Grad Date Range: May/June 2026

Successful Interns will be considered for full-time Associate Category Manager roles after graduation. Positions will be based in Roswell, Georgia.
