Skills and Requirements o Expert facilitating meetingsto gather requirements that support the business process transformation, in collaboration with business/IT stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to satisfy the needs of both the client organization and the customer. o Experience with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and delivering business process flows, use cases and other deliverables o Experience developing and presenting BA materials to different audiences (i.e. technical stakeholders, business stakeholders, other) o Experience conducting business research/interviews in support of business capabilities/features o Experience with the design and implementation of enterprise-level applications and application platforms o Experience with the design of complex IT solutions involving multiple software applications, processing platforms, and integration software o Certified Pega Business Architect, LBA preferred o BA or BS degree o Experience with delivering solutions using Agile best practices o Knowledge and application of Pega Agile Studio o Experience with EA modeling and visualization tools, including Visio, Tableau, and PowerPoint o Experience in working with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) o Experience with leading projects, tasks, or teams o Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills o Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills o Knowledge of out of box functionality and Pega implementation best practices o Experience with designing, configuring, and building processes in Pega, including shared frameworks null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
