Job Title: MBSE Tooling Infrastructure Lead Engineer 

Job Description: In the role of MBSE Tooling Infrastructure Lead Engineer, the successful candidate will take ownership of maintaining the Model Based Environment, Toolchain, and Configuration thereof; enabling the Model Based Systems Engineers of Lucid to deliver to multiple concurrent programs. The candidate will have experience in the use and configuration of Magic Cyber Systems Engineer, Teamwork Cloud, and integrations with the 3DExperience Platform. In execution of the role, the candidate will lead the marriage of MBSE methodologies into the wider product lifecycle of Lucid Motors and play a critical role in our Digital Transformation initiatives. The role will require working cross-functionally with the PLM team, program management team, and quality assurance teams. Success in the role will be defined by a collection of configuration-managed, well-formed, consistent, traceable models that clearly define the end-to-end product of Lucid Motors. It is expected that the role will extend to authoring and maintenance of process documentation and training of MBSE users in the use of the tool. 

Key Qualifications: 

4+ years of experience working with Model Based Systems Engineering Tools, Deliverables, and configuration management thereof.  Experience with Magic Cyber Systems Engineer and 3DExperience Platform is required.  Expertise in Change Management.  Expertise in Configuration Management and strategies for managing Model Based Deliverables to multiple concurrent programs will be required to be successful in the role. 

Supervision: The role is expected to require minimal supervision with the candidate working with cross-functional teams in multiple locations and time zones. 

Education & Experience: 

Expert/Advanced user of Magic Cyber Systems Engineer (MCSE) / Cameo.  Experienced in the development of validation suites for MCSE.  Experienced in the development of metrics for MCSE.  Experienced in extending MCSE through advanced scripting, meta-chains, etc.  Thorough understanding of SysML v1 and awareness of SysML v2.  Understanding of Product Line Engineering and principles of Variant Management.  Successfully delivered on Systems Engineering from a Model Based Environment to one or more production programs in Aerospace, Medical Device, Automotive, or similar industries.  Bachelor's in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.  Master's or higher education is preferred.  OMG SysML Model User, Builder certifications.  INCOSE ASEP/CSEP.
