This truly is a place where we all share a challenger mindset which drives our success. **What You Will Do** - JOB SUMMARY Focus on the elimination of losses, maximize productivity, equipment utilization and overall efficiency, development of standards, and engagement of employees. Mini Business Unit (MBU) Maintenance Lead reports to the (MBU) Lead in the area they are assigned and share responsibilities across all shifts. Track and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement with the top stops, process failures, and breakdowns. Utilizing MBU hourly/salary resources apply advanced problem solving and create standards to eliminate the root cause of the unplanned downtime. Maintenance planning, scheduling, parts costs attainment are also a shared responsibility of the Maintenance Lead. - WHAT YOU WILL DO Duties and Responsibilities: _(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company)_ + Collaborate with MBU Lead and MBU Team to drive a cultural change to maintain continuous improvement efforts beyond process & project activities and to a lean way of working. + Review existing processes to identify opportunities for process improvement to ensure the development and execution of the plant's zero loss journey focused on mitigating MBU all types of losses. Evaluate and prioritize potential improvements based on gains and required effort. + Partner with the MBU and various Department Teams to conduct the loss analysis and support the development and execution of the master plan, implementing systems and tools to address MBU key losses. + Collaborate with Manufacturing Excellence Team, Training Teams, and Technical / Maintenance Teams to develop programs, standards and trainings as well as support its review to assure its continuous improvement, accuracy, and effectiveness. Deliver technical training and coaching to MBU Teams. + Ownership of MBU PM System, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, Defect Handling, and other technical / maintenance related systems & tools. Collaborate with Maintenance Teams to manage MBU machine critical parts, parts cost control and usage. + Provide subject matter expertise to support all production mechanical/operational problems when needed. + Utilize data from Loss Tree, Machine reporting software and other systems to identify trends and focus improvements on top losses. Tracking, reporting, and creating actions based on identified focus areas. + Regularly monitoring the implementation of solutions to achieve objectives and expected benefits. + Build capability of others and role model of Company Behaviors: Start with the Consumer, Collaborate with Purpose, Take Accountability with Confidence, Be Authentic and Inclusive to All, and Build our future. + Secure employee commitment for proactive change management. + Flexibility to move between shifts as needed to drive improvement and corrective actions throughout department. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** - REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: + Associate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Repair, or related field of study + 3+ years related work experience + Mechanical repair certification or equivalent + Must be 21 years of age or older Knowledge of: + Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams + MS Power BI (preferred) Skilled in: + Verbal and written communication + Presentation and training + Attention to detail + Problem/situation analysis + Effective time and task management + Multitasking capabilities + Flexibility and adaptability Ability to: + Plan and organize others in a production operation + Communicate to a broad and diverse audience + Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage projects or programs + Maintain effective working relationships + Demonstrate critical thinking + Work with diverse populations and varying education levels + Receive and communicate information orally and in writing + Prioritize assignments, workload, and manage time accordingly + Travel domestically and internationally as needed - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Lean Management, or related field of study + 5+ years related work experience + 3+ years of supervisory experience + Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent **Work Environment and Physical Demand** + Requires light physical effort.
