Responsibilities The Opportunity The MCC SOCO FP&A Coordinator supports the coordination and delivery of ongoing financial reports that enable effective decision-making at the sector level. The role is responsible for the consolidation of LatAm’s P&L, NOPBT CoC and other ad-hoc reports. This role also supports the preparations of PORs and financial analysis/evaluation of Sector P&L performance of monthly results, reporting variances versus Plan and Forecast and communicating key drivers to senior management. This position will also ensure SLAs fullfilment according to tower target. Your Impact As MCC SOCO FP&A Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s aligned with LatAm FP&A P&L consolidation and reporting processes Support SOCO FP&A and Category Finance teams in the construction of Closing, Fcst and AOP reports to understand P&L main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process Support and Lead SOCO Optimization Projects with an active participation and being proactive. Lead Category Finance SOCO MBS agenda along with the team ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Topline Tracker, Innovation and Net Revenue Realization reports. Lead recurrent sessions with all stakeholders to ensure alignment, new projects and priorities of the team Support in coordination NOPBT and Topline consolidation for all SOCO markets (Foods), providing accurate and timely information and visibility to commercial finance ensuring an efficient decision-making Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? At least 3-4 years of experience in financial planning Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics or engineering with high level of experience in Finance & Accounting Required experience in reporting and planning processes, preferably in FP&A Financial modelling experience Quick/Self learner and curiousity to explore new ways to manage tools and processes.
