The Missile Defense & Space Surveillance (MD&SS) team is advancing critical defense capabilities through cutting-edge radar technologies and systems. We're responsible for missile defense and radar capability both domestic and abroad, which plays a pivotal role in enhancing the nation's defense strategy. THE WORK
As the MD&SS System Advancement Program Manager, you will lead the execution of key Task Instructions (TIs) within the Homeland Defense Radar (HDR) portfolio. This includes owning the cost, schedule, and technical execution, as well as resource planning and coordination. You'll drive the completion of MD&SS Capital and Functional Projects, ensuring alignment with leadership reviews and program objectives. Your role will also involve supporting international campaigns critical to MD&SS's growth. Collaboration will be key—working across functions to create program plans, manage risks and opportunities, and drive product roadmap development.
You will be critical for communications between the Product Team, functional organizations, and leadership. Your leadership will shape the future of the MD&SS product line and its alignment with strategic goals.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills with the ability to organize and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience in the pursuit of common objectives.
• Able to foster a collaborative environment and lead a team through tasks and challenges.
• Experience with varying contract types, including Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and Level of Effort Task Instruction (TI)
• Experience supporting cross functional teams
• Experience with EVM and Cost Account Management (CAM)
• Position is based in Moorestown, NJ and position is classified as >50% Onsite
Desired Skills:
Experience with program execution, along with competitive and sole source captures
• Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management
• Experience and knowledge of Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, and what influences each key financial metric
• Experience with proposal development and Basis of Estimate (BOE) authoring
• Experience working on Solid State Radar programs and the MD&SS portfolio
• Experience with MDA customer and demonstrated strong customer relations
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
