Proven ability to learn, retain, and place into practice the implementation and management of a mobile operations environment and MDM program for American Residential Services, LLC. Experience crafting operating procedures, managing hundreds of employee-owned devices and overseeing third-party service providers, resulting in a highly scalable and secure mobile infrastructure.

Responsibilities Plans, develop, install, configure, support, manage and optimize a mobile infrastructureReduces risk through the development and implementation of MDM policies—including security and reportingAuthors, manage, support, troubleshoot and optimize MDM architectureCreates and maintain list and count of wireless devices (e.g.: phones, tablets, etc.)Creates training materials (as required) for migration of existing devices to new MDM platformReceives direction and pose recommendations as to how to maximize the MDM Platform, architecture and policies going forwardExercises judgment to prioritize activities in completing key projects and daily workload, effectively apply time management skills, and work closely with others on the IT team and Vice President of IT to identify new opportunities to formulate and implement that will result in a financial impact on business operationsHas fundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g.: firewalls, Web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, etc.)Wireless network (Wi-Fi) set-upWireless device operation and set-up (e.g.: email, app download, system settings, etc.)Knowledge of Android and iOS devicesOutstanding customer service skills as well as strong verbal and written communicationPerforms daily monitoring of mobility systemsSupports and maintain the corporate enterprise mobility devices and platformDeploys new technologies and solutions as driven by internal architect and engineeringWorks closely with engineers to architect, develop and optimize the mobile infrastructureCreates security and device management policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 1 year of work experience involving MDM setup and operation.Must have good organizational, troubleshooting, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision.Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
