Your New Role **:** WBD Technology team is seeking a M DM Architect who will be responsible for providing technical expertise for supporting and enhancing the MDM solutions ( Reltio) . We are specifically looking for a candidate with solid technical skills and experience in integrating MDM solutions, experience in articulating solutions to the other applications like ERP, SAAS, PAAS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc. Experience in working with integration teams would be a plus for this role. This MDM architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the processes and technologies related to master data within an organization. Master data refers to the foundational data shared across an organization, such as customer data, product data, and more. The MDM Architect will ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of this critical data. The candidate's primary job functions include but are not limited to the day-to-day management of the MDM platform. The candidate must possess strong communication and analytical skills to effectively work with peers within the Enterprise Technology Group . Your Role Accountabilities : MDM Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to assess data management needs, define data architecture, and design scalable MDM solutions that align with business objectives . Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity. Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability roles. Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models, taxonomies, and hierarchies to represent master data domains accurately. Define relationships between different data entities. Data Integration: Oversee the integration of master data from various source systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization. Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes when necessary. Data Quality Management: Implement data quality controls, validation rules, and data cleansing processes to identify and rectify data anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies. Metadata Management: Manage metadata related to master data, including data definitions, business rules, and data lineage. Ensure that metadata is accurately documented and maintained . MDM Platform Administration: Administer MDM software and tools, including configuration, data profiling, data mapping, and workflow design. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and support data-driven initiatives and projects. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to promote data governance best practices and ensure the adoption of MDM processes and technologies across the organization. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and measure data quality and MDM system performance. Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement. Qualifications & Experiences: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or a related field + 8 to 10 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions + 3 years of experience in building MDM solutions as an architect + 5 years of hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions + Proven experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions in an enterprise environment. + Strong knowledge of MDM platforms and technologies (e.g., Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, SAP Master Data Governance). + Understanding of data modeling, data integration, data migration, and data quality best practices. + Familiarity with data governance frameworks and methodologies. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Strong team player with ability to collaborate with data architects, analysts, product teams and business users to understand requirements for effective implementation. + Relevant certifications in MDM or data management are a plus. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important! Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $86,030.00 - $159,770.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
