**Description:**
As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing daily store operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy baristas and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages, and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly service.
Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and inventory management. Responsible for weekly supply and food orders.
Supervise, train and develop new baristas, ensuring they understand Starbucks and MercyOne standards and values.
Address and resolve customer complaints and barista issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to all MercyOne and Starbucks policies, procedures and health and safety regulations.
Work with the Retail Manager – Auxiliary to ensure sales goals are established and met.
