MDS Coordinator (RN)
The MDS Coordinator works hand in hand with our nursing and rehab teams in The Springs at The Watermark at East Hill, our 34-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. We are in search of an experienced MDS Coordinator who has a strong attention to detail, is adaptive to change, can manage multiple responsibilities, and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others. As we continue to grow, we need a dedicated RN who will contribute to our positive culture and ensure we are on track. It's a great time to consider a career change and join our team!
