About Pine Ridge Pine Ridge is a 111-bed Skilled Nursing Facility that is Medicare and Medicaid Certified with 33 private rooms and 39 semi-private rooms. The facility sits on Hansen Care Park’s beautiful, wooded property with spacious shower and restroom facilities, beauty salon and barber shop services, walking paths, state of the art rehabilitation areas for those who need physical, occupational or speech therapy and cozy places to relax throughout the facility. We provide care for individuals who may require a variety of medical services including Short-term Rehabilitation, Long-term Care 24 Hour Skilled Nursing, Hospice and Respite Care, Restorative Care and Certified Wound Care. Scope of work Responsible for accurate completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) collaborating with Staff Nurses, Nurse Aides, and the interdisciplinary team on the assessment process and development of resident MDS/Care Plans. Position will monitor Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
