Confirm work areas adhere to 5S standards of workplace.
Ensure Quality plan adherence (required measurements & daily audits)
Daily review of dimensional data & timeous resolution of concerns.
Assist Work Groups as required to maintain production flow consistent with cycle time requirements.
Confirm Engineering tasks are completed, confirm effectiveness, and identify improvement.
Adhere to Time & Data Management (attendance of all mandatory meetings).
Constructively utilize down time to improve quality.
Verify and maintain process documentation (GSPAS, PFMEAs, OIS, WES).
Drive the creation and coordination of work plans and ensure execution thereof.
Drive closure of all surface quality concerns (review QLS Data daily)
Fixture integrity is done as per the plan & all open items closed
Ensure availability of spares within area of responsibility.
Attend all mandatory training
Enable a culture of learning through demonstration of effective communication skills.

National Diploma/Degree: Mechanical Engineering
Min 3 Years in automotive industry (preferably stamping)
Min 3 years in manufacturing engineering
Daily Quality plan activities met (measurements & quality audits).
Dimensional quality objectives met (PP/PPK).
Surface quality expectations met (FTT met for all panels).
Low to Zero customer claims within your PMT.
Zero process related downtime.
Fixture output reflected in dimensional data (fixture integrity).
