A little about the position:
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Measure Field Service Manager is to work with Sales and Product to target new business driving adoption for Measure. The Field Service Manger will oversee the Field Tech Service Team target, track and deliver KPI’s back into our organization. In addition to ensuring our customers are well supported in the field. This person will also travel into key markets providing technical support and training to customers both internal and external facing.
The Field Service Manager works under the direction of the VP Product Management for VLP to drive conversion and support to Sales, ultimately enabling incremental growth opportunities for Liners and Covers using Measure.
Some of What You Will Do:
+ Business Strategy
+ Working with Regional Sales Team and Field Techs develop a commercial plan to deliver growth that aligns with our corporate KPIs.
+ Seek opportunities for efficiencies, providing VOC back to Product Management on key opportunities for future enhancement to the Measure Platform.
+ Support the Field Tech Specialist in each region ensuring they are well trained and have what they need to be successful in their roles.
+ Develop sales forecasts while utilizing market intelligence, Power BI, and the company’s CRM.
+ Promotion of all Sales and Marketing Initiatives
+ Promotions and Campaigns – Support the execution to drive participation and results.
+ Marketing/Branding programs - Promote, implement, and drive adoption of our tools for our distribution partners.
+ Maintain a deep and thorough knowledge of the marketplace, competition, and trends within the geographic area of responsibility; recommend strategies for market share gains.
+ Assist in specific market research and data gathering initiatives as needed.
+ Training and Development
+ Measure Training – educate and assist key customers both internal and external on how to use Measure
+ Product Training – develop curriculum and support Boot Camp training as required
+ Technical Training – possess a keen knowledge of measuring techniques and the ability to transfer knowledge to key stakeholders, including customers
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
+ Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and a minimum of 7+ years of successful sales and/or marketing experience preferred; Associate Degree or equivalent may be substituted with commensurate experience.
+ A proven record of effective Business Development, Networking, Public Speaking, Territory Management, Training and Motivation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Reading and Writing Sales Plans and Financial Reports.
+ Strong technical acumen/experience required.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation/training skills.
+ Travel Requirements: Approximately 25% of the time with overnights
+ Competent in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Mobile Applications, and online conferencing software. Power BI (custom reporting software)

Salary Range: $75,000-$125,000
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Bonus: Management Incentive Bonus, MIB Tier 3, 10%
