Measurement Operations Analyst
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Measurement Operations Analyst. Summary: The Measurement Insights & Analysis team is looking for an analytical and strategic problem solver to partner with our sales team with the goal of improving the performance of our advertisers' campaigns and driving larger advertising revenue. The Measurement Insights Analyst will focus on the post-campaign measurement for our Strategic Verticals (non-endemic enterprise brands) advertisers based in the US and Canada. Responsibilities: * Facilitate and drive key insights for partners, support sales staff, collaborate with internal partners to optimize our go-to-market strategy, increase overall product adoption and track performance targets * Ensuring operational efficiency, driving strategic analysis of omni-channel campaigns of some of the largest advertisers in the world * Leveraging your business acumen and technical skills (such as SQL), you will derive both tactical and strategic insights and communicate them to senior leaders and at our advertisers * Standard Post Campaign Reporting - Establish streamlined processes for timely delivery of standardized Post-Campaign Reports (PCRs) * Scalable Operations - Optimize operations for scalability through automation, process improvement, playbooking and best practices * Strategic Alignment - Foster cross-functional collaboration to algin reporting strategies with organizational goals, including collaborations with product, engineering, measurement strategy, ads partner solutions, etc. * Vendor Management - Build out processes for vendors supporting the CRA function within Measurement Operations, troubleshooting issues with processes for vendors (i.e. fixing broken queries, QAing custom data, etc.) * Iterating and Scaling - Continuously iterating on and improving processes built to ensure a high quality of deliverables and high client (internal and external) satisfaction
