Measurements Process Technician II

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and creative individual to join our high-performing Process Development team as a Measurement Process Technician II. This hands-on role focuses on developing digital measurement programs and product characterization for the WATCHMAN device, a high-priority project in development. Responsibilities include assisting engineers in developing dimensional measurement methods for medical device products, interpreting device prints, determining pass/fail dispositioning of parts, sorting measurement data, and generating measurement programs with digital systems like Keyence IM/LM/VHX, SmartScope, and Cognex. The role also involves conducting experiments, collaborating with team members, and communicating with external customers to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, an associate's degree in engineering or a relevant technical field, and preferably experience with digital measurement equipment, vision systems, GD&T, and medical device manufacturing. We can pay between $19 and $21 per hour.

Skills and Requirements
-AA Degree in engineering or related technical field with 1-3 years of experience in related discipline.
-Team Oriented with good communication skills
-Strong understanding of measurements
-Metrology Expertise (developing dimensional measurements methods)
-Measurement Programming ( Familiar with systems like Keyence IM etc.) -Measurement Recipe Development
-Print Interpretation experience (Reviewing Tooling and prints)
-Resource Management
-Creative Problem Solving
-Data Analysis (Statistical Analysis of measurement data) null
