Maintains stock levels within the Meat Department's sales floor by replenishing products as needed. Executes the boomerang theory by providing exceptional service to all guests behind the service counter and on the sales floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist guests with finding items they are looking for on or off the sales floorReceives, prepares, and fulfills guest orders and other special requests Provides excellent guest services by professionally answering department telephone or in on the sales floorSupports teammates and positively contributes to the culture of the Meat DepartmentAddresses guest concerns and resolves issues by practicing the boomerang principleEnsures high standard quality control by inspecting, rotating, maintaining proper temperatures, and replenishing all meat products on displayMaintains proper inventory levels in Meat Department (containers, wraps, tags, etc.)Maintains food safety logs and leads by example through following proper procedureEnsures all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pmRegular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absencesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS

The Meat Clerk is an hourly part-time or full-time position. The shift to be worked will vary, inclduing weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
