ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists guests with locating items on or off the sales floorReceives, prepares, and fulfills guest orders and other special requestsAddresses guest concerns and resolves issues by practicing the boomerang principalEnsures high standard of product quality control by inspecting, rotating, maintaining proper temperatures, and replenishing all meat products on displaySupports teammates and positively contributes to the culture of the Meat DepartmentMaintains proper inventory levels in Meat Department (containers, wraps, tags, etc.)Maintains food safety logs and leads by example through following Contributes to overall cleanliness of the department by picking up, organizing, and cleaning work areas, shelving, and sales floor as needed Ensures accurate pricing by placing the corresponding price and ingredient labels on each package Ensures all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pmOther duties as assignedRegular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences

The Meat Service Counter Clerk is an hourly position that may be part-time or full-time. The shift to be worked will vary, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
