Mechanic 1
Performs maintenance, adjustment, and/or certify/test of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions and FAA regulationsTear down, cleans parts and assemblies as requiredPrepares documentation, including service reports and test dataOperates test equipment as required by the OEM maintenance manuals and other work instructionsPaints partsPerforms minor repairs operations to piece partsReads, interprets and executes OEM manual, mechanical drawings, service bulletins and work instructionsComply with all company policies, including attendance

Other duties may be assigned

Two years of mechanical experience involving similar equipment processes, measuring tools and assembly operations preferredEntry level positions available, on the job training providedAble to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, mechanical drawings, standard gages and other measuring devicesAble to write routine reports and correspondenceKnowledgeable with a wide range of toolsComputer proficient in Microsoft office products

Good mechanical knowledge

Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions. All inquiries related to citizenship are asked solely to comply with ITAR and EAR export licensing requirements.
