Essential Functions - Fleet Mechanic

Repairs and maintains all company vehicles, buses, motor coaches and support equipment.

Repair and inspect vehicles with an emphasis on preventive maintenance. Accurately record all work in fleet management software Ensures operation of maintenance equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions and scheduling repairs. This includes all shop equipment and facility equipment. Maintains safe working conditions by keeping areas of the shop clean and free of unneeded items. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. PAID training to learn how to drive a school bus.
