**We are looking for mechanics and high level mechanical assemblers to join our team (open to training)! NOW HIRING** If you are someone that likes to be hands-on, work on your car, have taken mechanical courses, or in general interested in a career as a mechanic/machine builder, this is a great opportunity! Training is provided - will be taught how to interpret blueprints, understand hydraulics and pneumatics, and even learn electrical assembly! We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals with a desire to learn. In this role, mechanics and assemblers will utilize hand and power tools to assemble products and equipment based on customer instructions/blueprints. The assemblies are custom and vary by size based on the project needs. **1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)** Pay: **$23-27/hr** (we pay higher based on experience!!) **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Obtain work instructions from the Build Book program on the computer to assemble all required parts in preparation for scheduled assembly projects + Follow engineering drawings, bills of materials and request parts from the Parts Department as required + Lay out truck details per engineering prints on a job-by-job basis + Perform final assembly of all units, including hoods, electric, lights, stickers to customers specifications + Connect hydraulic lines and fills such with oil in preparation for required testing + Prepare trucks for sub-frame assembly by disassembling, measuring, repositioning parts, installing parts and re-assemble unit by following procedures + Test the assembled parts or products to ensure they are functioning properly and are of good quality + Comply with workplace health and safety policies, safe work practices and procedures **Benefits/Value:** + Health, vision, dental, etc. + 401k and retirement accounts + PTO and Vacation time + $2000 sign on bonus + Quarterly production bonus based on performance/hours worked + Room for growth and advancement **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
