What you'll do... + Follow Process Control Plan to build World Class Prototype engines + Assemble, rebuild, and teardown prototype and production engines + Work with Project Managers and Product Engineers toward the development of engine assembly procedures + Assist Experimental Engineering Test Facilities and Product Engineering in identifying root causes and resolutions + Maintain expected 95+% "On Time Delivery" rating to our customers + Cross-train to improve product knowledge and support present and future job needs + Monitor and record data + Work the day and/or afternoon shift with overtime as needed + Travel up to 5% as the need arises You'll have... 3 or more years’ experience working as a mechanic You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
