**Job Title: Mechanic**
**Job Description**
The Line Mechanic is responsible for providing assistance to aerosol manufacturing production lines and performing maintenance on machines and equipment. The role requires compliance with established job safety practices, policies, and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of work assignments. Understanding cGMP compliances as they impact production requirements is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist aerosol manufacturing production lines.
+ Perform maintenance on machines and equipment.
+ Comply with established job safety practices, policies, and procedures.
+ Understand and adhere to cGMP compliances as they impact production requirements.
+ Familiarize with repair, preventative maintenance, and daily support of filling equipment.
+ Focus on filling, crimping, aerosolizing, capping, and packaging of aerosol products.
+ Ensure product changeovers are done according to SOP and work order requirements.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and blueprints.
+ Experience in maintenance technician roles.
+ Proficiency in repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
+ Ability to read and understand schematics.
+ Strong mechanical skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Entry-level candidates are welcome.
+ Technical school experience is acceptable.
+ Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
