**Job Title: Mechanic : Pay $22 to $25 per hour** **Job Description** We are hiring for mechanics to build concrete pumping equipment. Mechanics will read and interpret blueprints to assemble components for concrete pump trucks or trailers. They will also perform a variety of related mechanical assembly duties on prototype units, utilizing hand and power tools to build each unit. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints to assemble components for concrete pump trucks or trailers. + Perform a variety of related mechanical assembly duties on prototype units. + Utilize hand and power tools to build each unit. + Follow work instructions from the Build Book program on the computer to assemble all required parts. + Follow engineering drawings and bills of materials, and request parts from the Parts Department as required. + Lay out truck details per engineering prints on a job-by-job basis. + Perform final assembly of all units, including hoods, electric, lights, stickers to customers' specifications, and hydraulic lines. + Prepare trucks for sub-frame assembly by disassembling, measuring, repositioning parts, installing parts, and reassembling units according to procedures. + Test the assembled parts or products to ensure they are functioning properly and are of good quality. **Essential Skills** + Experience with Hydraulics, brake line, and chassis work. + Blueprint and schematic reading experience. + Previous experience with heavy mechanical equipment. **Why Work Here?** The company offers quarterly bonuses based on company profit and total hours worked.
