**Description:** Encapsulation mechanic/technical associate is responsible for all assembly/disassembly/troubleshooting, and cleaning of various encapsulation parts, pumps, as well as disassembly/reassembly of the entire machine. Complete working knowledge of the soft gelatin encapsulation process is a plus, typically resulting from a minimum of one year experience in related jobs (e.g., soft gelatin encapsulation, injection molding, tablet operator/mechanic auto mechanics, machinist, or other similar machine operations) and depending on prior experience may require four to six months training and experience in this job under close supervision. Fluent English skills to read/understand written instructions, and other information; to maintain routine written records, and to communicate problems effectively to supervisors.  Accurate arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division)  Manual dexterity to manipulate controls, disassemble/assemble equipment using a variety of hand tools  Physical ability to stand/walk for much of work shift, and push/pull/lift large containers weighing up to 50 pounds  Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and fix other equipment malfunctions, such as other process equipment, and minor boiler/HVAC/facility repair if necessary **Experience Level:** Entry Level **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
