We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanic employee to join our team at our D&W Forwarders Inc. location in Hawkesbury, Ontario. The primary function of this role is to repair and maintain a fleet of trucks, trailer and support equipment.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE FOCUSING ON:

Preventive Maintenance servicesElectrical diagnostics (ABS, Cummins, Paccar)Hydraulic repairsLight driveline and engine repairsSuspension repairs and welding

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must have a Valid Mechanics License (310t and 310j considered).Must have basic hand and power tools.Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.Must be able to walk and/or stand 50-75% of the shift.Must be able to work different shifts (afternoons, midnights)Has experience using diagnostic software and can assist with troubleshooting.Can demonstrate leadership skills and is interested in growth.Bilingual with French preferred but not mandatory.
