Join Our Team as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic!

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! If you have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting, and are ready to take on a variety of plant machinery, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:Maintain and repair plant equipment including roller mills, conveyors, furnaces, and mixing equipment.Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure machinery runs smoothly.Perform preventative maintenance and welding as needed.Read blueprints to troubleshoot and install machinery.What We’re Looking For:6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Strong experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting.Ability to read blueprints and use tools (grinders, tape measures, etc.).Welding experience is a plus.Why You’ll Love Working Here:Competitive Pay: $33.06/hr + shift differential (up to $35.44/hr for night shifts).Great Benefits: 11 paid holidays, PTO, weekly pay, and a $1,500 referral bonus.Union Benefits: Hired into the union after 720 hours, with opportunities for growth and pay increases.Diverse Industries: Work in automotive, wind turbines, military, space, and more!Work Environment:Shift: 6pm-6am, 2 on/2 off, 3 on/3 off schedule (every other weekend).Direct Hire: Full-time, direct hire position with great growth potential!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69284.80 - $72404.80

- Union and opportunity for growth / pay increases
- 1500 referral bonus

- PTO - and can take 1 week unpaid PTO
- 720 hrs to hire into union
- Weekly pay
