**Aerotek is hiring a Mechanic** **Must Have:** + Security Clearance (airport badging) + Provision of own hand tools, TCR provides specialist tooling and diagnostics + knowledge of electricity, mechanical and hydraulic systems + Valid class 5 Driver’s license + Fluent in English – both verbal and written **Job Description·** + Diagnosis, adjustments and repair of vehicles, incl. but not limited to electrical/brake/cooling/power steering systems, engines, other standard electrical repairs such as replacing switches, etc. + · Carrying out independently preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections in accordance with manufacture, customer requirements + · Utilise TCRs newly introduced ERP system, completing reports, findings and repairs to reduce customer issues and improve asset availability + · Active participation in TCR’s OSHA process by understanding and complying with the OSHA policy, OSHA procedures and requirements; participating by reporting unsafe situations, near misses and improvement ideas. + Ground support equipment – service + Commercial + Clients in Vancouver – Westjet and gate gourmet + HD mechanic + 1-2 inspections per week or month + Hydraulic systems that lift the refrigeration systems up + Westjet, - high volume – 4 as many work orders than gate gourmet + Ambulance, and fire truck equipment attached to F150s **Benefits:** Starting in Canada, building the Canadian operation, lots of growth and a lot of work to start this operation Huge opportunity to grow in Canada, North America or globally.
