Job Title: Mechanic

Job Description

As a Mechanic, you will review job orders and observe and listen to equipment in operation to diagnose malfunctions and plan your work procedures. You will identify parts that need repair or replacement and examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on equipment, making necessary adjustments. Your role involves dismantling machines or equipment to examine parts for defects, replacing defective parts with new ones or repairing parts. You will also be responsible for overhauling gas or diesel engines and performing diagnostics using computers. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Will be working with Class vehicles.
